자사에서 운영 중인 로그북티비의 새로운 방송 플랫폼 시스템과 4월 5일 첫방송 될 박유천의 시그널 시즌2 방송과 관련에 관하여 안내 드립니다
미리 예고드린 대로 현재 기존 방송 플랫폼 시스템(wix)를 대체할 새로운 시스템 구축이 마무리 단계입니다. 오랜 시간 불편을 끼쳐 드린 점 사죄드리며 새로 구축된 시스템에서는 안정된 방송 시청과 편의를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다.
이에 관하여 ,
1. 새로 구축된 시스템을 기반으로 현재까지 박유천의 시그널 시즌2의 방송권을 구매하신 팬분들에게구매 확정 안내 메일을 4월 3일까지 일괄적으로 보내 드리겠습니다.
혹시 메일을 받으시지 못하였거나 전달 된 내용이 사실과 다른 경우에 아래의 주소로 이메일을 보내주시기 바랍니다.

あらかじめ予告した通り、現在の放送プラットフォームシステム(wix)に代わる新しいシステム構築が最終段階です。 長い間ご迷惑をおかけしましたことをお詫び申し上げ、新たに構築されたシステムでは、安定した放送視聴と利便性を提供するために最善を尽くします。
これに関して、
1. 新しく構築されたシステムを基盤に、現在までパク·ユチョンのシグナルシーズン2の放送権を購入されたファンの方々に購買確定案内メールを4月3日までに一括してお送りします。
もしメールが届かなかったり、伝達された内容が事実と異なる場合は、以下のアドレスにメールを送ってください。

4. 現在構築されているシステムでは、以下の内容が改善されました
放送途中に送出が途切れる現象の改善
購読権の購入と購読期間の適用改善
購入確認及びご案内一括メール発送
その他システム運営関連事項の改善
現在製作および配送準備中のグッズに関して申し訳ございません。
製作中のグッズ商品の中でエウムギルフォトエッセイ商品の著作が完了していないため、やむを得ず製作及び配送日程を再び延期することになりました 正確な日程は後日改めてお知らせします。
深くお詫び申し上げ、より良い品質のグッズを最終的に製作完了して安全に配送いたします
なお、現在6月2日と4日に東京と大阪で開催される「ユーアンドユアデー2023パク·ユチョン誕生日記念ファンコン」についてもまもなくお知らせする予定ですので、多くの関心をお願いします。
