본 상품들의 배송 지연 사태에 대하여 진심으로 사과 드리며 아래와 같은 방법으로 전달 드리겠습니다.

- 미 배송 상품 내용

- 상품 전달 방식

1. 공연장 현장 수령 방식

6월 2일과 4일에 개최되는 Park Yuchun Fan-Con 2023 YU and YOUR DAY 콘서트에 공연장 내 전용 부스를 설치하여 미수령 굿즈 상품을 현장에서 전달해 드립니다.

모든 미배송 굿즈 상품 수령 대상자 분께 사전에 이메일을 통해 공연장에서의 수령 여부를 묻고,

현장 수령을 희망하시는 분께는 받으실 굿즈상품 리스트와 교환코드를 다시 이메일을 통해 전달 드리겠습니다. 대상자께는 공연장 현장에서 해당 코드를 확인 후 해당 상품을 전달 드립니다.

더불어, 현장 수령으로 상품을 받으시는 분께는 배송비를 대신하여 공연 굿즈로 2,500엔 가격으로 판매 중인 ‘박유천 일러스트 디자인 가방’을 무상으로 증정해 드립니다

2. 공연 이후 (6월 15일~30일사이) 택배 수령 방식

6월 2일과 4일 공연장에서 상품을 현장 수령하지 않으신 모든 굿즈 상품 수령 대상자 분들에게는 공연 이후 6월 15일~30일에 일괄적으로 택배 발송을 통해 상품을 전달 드립니다.

단, 이 경우에는 ‘박유천 일러스트 디자인 가방’가 증정되지 않습니다.

- 2023 Park Yuchun 달력 2종 상품

긴 배송 지연 사태로 달력을 사용할 수 있는 기간이 약 반년이라는 안타까운 상황이 되어 버렸습니다.

다시 한번 깊이 사과드리며 달력에 붙여 사용할 수 있는 2024년 버전(1월~5월) 달력 스티커를 동봉합니다.

- 商品受け渡し方法

1. 会場でのお受け取り方法

6月2日と4日に開催されるPark Yuchun Fan-Con 2023 YU and YOUR DAYコンサート会場内に専用ブースを設置し、ご注文済み商品を直接お受け取りいただけます。

全ての未配送商品の受け取り対象者の方に、Logbookよりメールをお送り致します。会場受け取りご希望の有無をお聞きし、ご希望の方へは改めてご購入商品リストと交換コードをメールでお送り致します。

交換用コードを会場で確認した後、該当商品をお渡し致します。

また、会場にて商品をお受け取りされる方には送料の代わりとして公演限定グッズ「パク·ユチョンイラストデザインバッグ」（定価2,500円）を差し上げます。

2. 公演後(6月15日~30日の間)宅配便でのお受け取り方法

6月2日と4日に公演会場で商品を受領していないすべてのグッズ購入者の方々には公演後6月15日~30日に一括して宅配発送を通じて商品をお渡し致します。

- 2023 Park Yuchun カレンダー 2種

長い配送遅延事態により、カレンダーをご使用いただける期間が約半年という残念な状況になってしまいました。

改めて深くお詫び申し上げ、カレンダーに貼り付けて使用できる2024年バージョン（1月〜5月）のカレンダーステッカーを同封いたします。

• 2 Calendar Types for 2023 + Official Sunflower Badge

3. LOGBRIDGE CONCERT DVD : 

• 2021 SEASONAL Concert DVD

• 2022 YU and YOUR DAY Fan-Con DVD

- Delivery system

1. On-site receipt method of the concert hall

 At the Park Yuchun Fan-Con 2023 YU and YOUR DAY concert held on June 2nd and 4th, a dedicated booth will be installed in the concert hall to deliver undelivered goods on site.

All buyers will be asked in advance whether they receive them at the concert hall through e-mail.

If you wish to receive it on-site, we will send you the goods product list and exchange code via e-mail again. We will check the code at the venue and deliver the product.

In addition, those who receive the product on-site will be given a free "Park Yuchun Illustration Design Bag" sold at a price of 2,500 yen as a performance goods on behalf of the delivery fee.

2. Delivery method after the performance (between June 15th and 30th)

 All those who have not received the goods on-site at the concert hall on June 2nd and 4th will receive the goods collectively from June 15th to 30th after the performance.

However, in this case, 'Park Yuchun Illustration Design Bag' will not be given.

Due to the long delay in delivery, we apologize that the calendar is available for about half a year.
