04 “박유천의 시그널” 11월 구독자 특전영상을 아직 전달드리지 못하고 있습니다. 아티스트와 촬영일정을 맞추어 11월 중에 보내드리겠습니다. 양해 부탁 드립니다.

05 제작 예정된 공식 굿즈(2023년 달력 2종, 2023년 신규제작 가디언즈 공식 해바라기 응원봉) 및 2023년 박유천 신규앨범(앨범명 여행문) 상품에 대하여 안내드립니다. 지난 공연 중에 생긴 심각한 재고 처리 문제로 인해 당분간 모든 굿즈와 앨범을 사전예약 판매로 받겠습니다.  사전 예약기간 외에는 제품을 구매하실 수 없음을 양지 부탁드립니다.

06 지난 영상통화 이벤트 (BlueCielo 갱신 이벤트 및 Yu and Your day 굿즈 구매 이벤트) 에 참여하지 못한 분들을 위하여 11월 중에 행사를 재개합니다. 하기의 내용을 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

• 과거 (주)예스페라가 주관한 BlueCielo 갱신 혜택으로 영상통화가 당첨된 분은 당첨 메일을 첨부 혹은 스크린샷을 첨부하고 LINE 아이디나 WeChat 아이디와 성명을 명기하여 타이틀을 "BlueCielo 갱신 혜택 영상통화 재요청"로 하여 각 언어별 회사 메일로 11월 16일까지 연락주시기 바랍니다. 이벤트 진행에 관한 자세한 내용은 추후 메일로 연락드리겠습니다.

05 製作予定の公式グッズ(2023年カレンダー2種、2023年新規製作ガーディアンズ公式ひまわりペンライト)及び2023年パク·ユチョン新規アルバム(アルバム名:旅の扉)についてご案内します。 グッズ販売において生じた深刻な在庫問題により、すべてのグッズとアルバムを事前予約販売にします。  事前予約期間以外には商品を購入することはできませんので、ご了承ください。

06 以前のビデオ通話イベント(bluecieloメンバー更新イベントおよびYou and Your dayグッズ購入イベント)に参加できなかった方のために、11月中にイベントを再開します。 下記の内容をご確認ください。

• 過去(株)イエスペラが運営したBlueCieloメンバー更新特典でビデオ通話を当選した方は当選メールを添付またはスクリーンショットを添付し、LINE IDやWeChat IDと氏名を明記して、件名を「BlueCielo更新特典のビデオ通話について」として、各言語別お問い合わせ専用メールに11月16日までにご連絡ください。 イベントの進行に関する詳細は後日メールでご連絡いたします。

01 In the case of Japan, additional Aphorisoon shampoos, perfumes, and T-shirts are currently in the process of customs clearance and haven’t been shipped to those who ordered the product yet. Those products are scheduled to be re-sent in November.

02 About the ongoing subscription of ‘Park Yuchun’s Signal’, we will change the monthly subscription date as follows in consideration of viewing the archive broadcast. We are applying changes to the website sequentially, so please do not misunderstand after you purchased it.

• November subscription --> until December 5th

• December subscription --> January 2nd

• January subscription --> January 30th

• February subscription --> February 27th

03 To protect the copyright of artists and logbooks, please refrain from distributing photos and videos taken on site to the offline concert audience of "Park Yuchun's Signal."

04 November special video of "Park Yuchun’s Signal” has not been sent yet. We will shoot and send within November according to the schedule with the artist. Sorry for the inconvenience.

05 About the official goods scheduled to be produced (2 types of calendars in 2023, the official sunflower cheering stick of the Guardians in 2023) and the new album of Park Yuchun (album name "Travel Door”) in 2023, due to a serious inventory problem during the last concert, we will receive all goods and albums as pre-orders. Please note that you cannot purchase the product except for the pre-booking period.

06 The video call event will resume in November for those who could not participate in the event (BlueCielo renewal event and “Yu and Your Day” goods purchase event). Please check the contents below.

• If you have won a video call with the BlueCielo renewal benefit organized by Yespera in the past, please contact us by November 16th by specifying your LINE ID or WeChat ID and name as "Request BlueCielo renewal benefit event benefit video call." We will contact you later by e-mail for more information on the event.
