現在、連日虚偽のうわさと人身攻撃またはファンの間で不和が絶えない中で、今からでもこれ以上善意の被害者が出ないようにするために、ファンの皆さんにお知らせ致します。

本日2023年9月19日現在の今後の計画およびアーティスト関連の進行状況について以下のようにご報告致します。

1. アーティスト関連YouTubeなどオンラインチャンネルおよび「Guardians of Yuchun WEBサイト」運営について

- ログブックがアーティストと関連して運営していたすべてのSNSチャンネルは2023年9月30日23時59分まででこれ以上運営せず、既存に掲載されたコンテンツは全て削除されます。 ただし、Guardians of Yuchun WEBサイトは既存の有料加入者の方々を対象にご意見をお聞きした後、今後の計画を決めることに致しました。 そのサイトはもはやアーティストの公式ホームページではございません。この部分に誤解がないようお願い致します。

- 本日2023年9月19日現在、会社とアーティストの新しい所属事務所との別途協議があるまでは有料サービスに新たにご加入いただけません。 ご了承ください。

- 2023年加入者の中途解約と払い戻しを希望される方の払い戻し対応については、アーティスト及びアーティストの新しい所属事務所と協議して対応方法が決定された後、内容をお伝え致します。 協議が終わるまでお待ちいただければ幸いです。 ただし、残り期間が1ヶ月未満の方は払い戻しを致しかねます。 ご了承ください。

2.未配送商品（パク・ユチョンSIGNALシーズン１DVD)及び現在制作中の2023年10月以降の販売予定商品について (証拠写真含む:著作権許可取得関連写真)

- 現在SIGNALシーズン1DVD商品の配送が遅れており、SIGNALエピソードやコンサートに含まれる数曲の海外曲の著作権使用許可を待っています。 ほとんどの曲は許可を得ています。 準備ができ次第、できるだけ早く配送を開始致します。 追加販売については、アーティストやアーティストの新しい所属事務所と合意した上で決定致します。

3. ファンの皆さんへのお願い

- 無分別な人身攻撃や虚偽事実を流布して会社を非難する行為はアーティストとの円満な合意を妨害しますので、是非アーティストが過去の状況をよく整理した後、新しい所属事務所で以前より旺盛で成功的な活動をするためにも、不適切な行為を自重して下さるようお願い致します。

- また、2023年に会社がアーティストの日本活動のために準備し実行した日本入国ビザ業務に関して虚偽事実が流布されています。 アーティストの日本活動のための入国ビザ(興行ビザ)発給は、日本現地内の様々な協力会社とパートナーが非常に厳格な日本ビザ規定に従って手続きを進めた事案です。 日本入国に対する厳格な規定により多少多くの時間と努力がかかっただけに、ファンの皆様の虚偽事実流布は今後アーティストの日本活動に非常に致命的である可能性があります。 入国に関するすべての決定は日本の管轄部署にありますので、管轄部署と会社の日本国内協力会社との間で現在事案が非常に敏感になっているため、ファンの皆様は今後アーティストの日本再入国のためにも議論を呼びそうな不適切な行為を自重してください。 

4. 2022年制作のタイアルバム(Always Album)に関する訴訟について(証拠写真添付:弁護士選任関連委任状及び送金写真/委任状募集書類写真/業務メールキャプチャー写真)

- 過去、会社は本アルバムの購入被害者のためにアーティストと被害者を代理して訴訟を進めるために数ヶ月かけてファンの皆様から委任状を募集し、訴訟相手であった当時契約業者が約束したTop Spender用アーティスト特典を当社が主管した2022年6月Logbridge fan-con Yu and Your Day 2022で代わりに行い、また本コンサート入場券40%割引クーポンを被害補填の一環として提供しました。

- その後、2022年8月にタイ法律会社を通じて本件についてアーティスト代理者資格で訴訟進行を依頼し受任料も支払いましたが、法律会社の怠慢で長い間手続きが進まなかったため2023年8月27日にタイファンクラブ代表者の方々と直接会って共に対策を議論し、新しい法律会社を通じて再び訴訟を進めることで協議しました。

- しかし、現在を基準に本アルバム被害事件を処理する権限がある当事者は過去アーティストの専属会社であるリシエロ(株)とアーティストであることを法律諮問を通じて確認しました。 これに対しログブックは本事件を代理管理する権限がなくなったことにより、再び本事件の前契約者であるリシエロ(株)およびアーティストの新しい所属事務所およびアーティストに直接進行状況を全て引き継ぐことにしました。 以前ログブックに委任状を送っていただいたものは効力がなくなり、廃棄することになりました。 廃棄は個人情報保護のため安全に処理されましたので、ご安心ください。 ご不便をお掛けし申し訳ございません。ちなみに2022年に進行した国内訴訟に勝訴し、現在(株)リシエロ代表者は既存代表者から会社大株主であるアーティストの母親に変更された状態だという点を確認しました。

- 既存に準備した証拠資料と引継ぎ事項はアーティストの新しい所属事務所に引き継ぎます。 今後の状況については、アーティストの新しい所属事務所にお問い合わせください。

5. 国内アーティストの前所属事務所を相手取って起こした訴訟状況について

- 2022年からアーティストが原告または被告として進めてきた元所属事務所に対する民事·刑事上の訴訟はほとんどまだ進行中であり、訴訟の一つである元所属事務所代表者への横領に関する刑事告訴事件だけは、1次捜査と2次捜査（再捜査）にも被告らに容疑がないことで終結しました。 残った訴訟(詐欺及び名誉毀損刑事訴訟、その他民事訴訟)に対する事項は結論が出次第アーティスト及びアーティストの新しい所属事務所に内容を伝達します。 訴訟と関連した状況により、前回のグッズ商品の配送が1年以上遅れたことを改めてお詫びします。

- まだ前所属事務所であるイエスペラ(株)に対する専属契約関連民事刑事上訴訟が進行中の状況です。 既存所属事務所とアーティストの契約上の問題でまだ正式な芸能活動はできず、最小限の活動しかできませんでしたが、近いうちに本訴訟が成功裏に終わればアーティストは自由に芸能人として可能なすべての活動を支障なく遂行できるようになります。 多くのファンの方々が待っている該当訴訟の結果は、今後結果が出次第アーティストおよびアーティストの新しい所属事務所に引き継ぐようにします。

この2年間ログブックとご一緒いただきありがとうございます。

多くの思い出を後にして、会社はファンの皆さんに残念な別れを告げることになりました。 

これまで多くのことがあり、法的な問題で厳しい環境の中でも最善を尽くすことができたのは、アーティストの努力とファンの皆さんの応援があったからこそ可能でした。 ファンの皆様とアーティストに幸せな未来があることを心から願っています。

Hello, this is Logbook.

Currently, as false rumors, personal attacks, and discords among fans continue to occur every day, so we would like to inform fans to prevent any more innocent victims.

As of today, September 19, 2023, we are reporting on future plans and artist-related progress as follows.

1. Regarding the operation of online channels such as artist-related YouTube and the ‘Guardians of Yuchun’ website

- All SNS channels operated by Logbook related to artists will no longer be operated as of 23:59 September 30, 2023, and all previously posted content will be deleted. However, the ‘Guardians of Yuchun’ website will decide future plans after listening to the opinions of existing paid subscribers. This site is no longer the artist's official homepage. We hope there is no misunderstanding on this point.

- As of today, September 19, 2023, you will not be able to sign up for new paid services until there is a separate agreement between the company and the artist's new agency. We ask for your understanding.

- Among 2023 subscribers who wish to cancel early and receive a refund, we will discuss with new agency of the artist, determine the response method and inform you about the refund response. We would appreciate it if you could wait until the consultation is completed. However, refunds are not available for those with less than 1 month remaining. We ask for your understanding.

2. Regarding undelivered products (Park Yuchun’s SIGNAL Season 1 DVD) and products currently in production scheduled to be sold after October 2023 (including evidence photos: photos related to obtaining copyright permission)

- Currently, delivery of SIGNAL Season 1 DVD products is delayed, and we are awaiting permission to use copyrights for several foreign songs included in SIGNAL episodes and concerts. Most of the songs are licensed. We will begin shipping as soon as it is ready. Additional sales will be decided after agreement with the artist and the artist's new agency.

3. A request to our fans

- Reckless personal attacks or spreading false information to criticize the company interfere with an amicable agreement with the artist, so please do not engage in inappropriate behavior in order for the artist to resolve the past situation and be more active and successful than before with the new agency. Please be considerate.

- Additionally, false information is being spread about the Japan entry visa process that the company prepared and implemented for artists to promote in Japan in 2023. The issuance of entry visas (entertainment visas) for artists to perform in Japan is a matter that has been carried out by several local affiliates and partners in Japan in accordance with very strict Japanese visa regulations. As it took a lot of time and effort due to the strict regulations for entering Japan, fans' spreading of false information could be very fatal to the artist's future activities in Japan. All decisions related to entry are made by the Japanese department, and as this issue is becoming very sensitive between the relevant department and the company's Japanese partners, we ask fans to refrain from engaging in inappropriate behavior that may cause controversy for the sake of the artist's future re-entry to Japan.

4. Regarding the lawsuit related to the Thai album (Always Album) produced in 2022 (evidence photo attached: power of attorney and remittance photo related to the appointment of a lawyer / power of attorney recruitment document photo / message capture photo)

- In the past, the company hired a Thai lawyer to file a lawsuit on behalf of the artist and the victim for the album's purchasing, we collected power of attorneys from fans for months. Also, we provided a 40% discount on concert tickets at Logbridge fan-con Yu and Your Day 2022 along with providing benefits to the top spenders that the previous company promised as compensation.

- In August 2022, we asked a Thai law firm to proceed with the lawsuit as an artist agent and fee was paid, but the proceedings did not proceed for a long time due to the negligence of the law firm, so we met with Thai fan club representatives to discuss countermeasures and prepared to proceed with the lawsuit again through a new law firm.

- However, as of now, we have confirmed through legal advice that the parties with the authority to handle this album damage case are ReCielo Co., Ltd., the artist's former agency, and the artist. Accordingly, Logbook does not have the authority to manage this case, and accordingly, we have decided to hand over all progress directly to ReCielo Co., Ltd., the original contractor of this case, and the artist's new agency and artist. The power of attorney previously sent to Logbook has become ineffective and has been discarded. You can rest assured that disposal is handled safely to protect your personal information. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that we have won the domestic lawsuit filed in 2022 and the current representative of ReCielo Co., Ltd. has been changed from the existing representative to the mother of the artist, who is the company's majority shareholder.

- Existing evidence and transfer details will be handed over to the artist’s new agency. Please contact the artist's new agency regarding the future situation.

5. Regarding the status of the lawsuit filed against the artist’s former agency in Korea

- Most of the civil and criminal lawsuits against former agencies that artists have been pursuing as plaintiffs or defendants since 2022 are still in progress, and one of the lawsuits, a criminal complaint regarding embezzlement against the representative of the former agency, has finished primary and secondary investigations (reinvestigation) and it was concluded with no charges against the formal representative. Matters regarding the remaining lawsuits (criminal lawsuits for fraud and defamation, and other civil lawsuits) will be communicated to the artist and the artist's new agency as soon as they are concluded. We apologize once again for the delay of more than a year in the delivery of our last goods due to circumstances related to the lawsuit.

- Civil and criminal lawsuits related to the exclusive contract against former agency Yespera Co., Ltd. are still in progress. Due to contractual issues between the existing agency and the artist, the artist was unable to engage in full-time entertainment activities and was only able to engage in minimal activities. However, if this lawsuit is successfully concluded in the near future, the artist will be able to freely carry out all activities possible as an entertainer without any disruption. The outcome of this lawsuit, which many fans are waiting for, will be handed over to the artist and his or her new agency as soon as the results are known.

- 금일 2023년 9월 19일 현재 부터는, 회사와 아티스트의 새로운 소속사와의 별도 협의가 있을 때까지는 유료 서비스에 새로 가입하실 수 없습니다. 양해를 부탁 드립니다。

- 2023년 가입자 중, 중도 해지와 환불을 희망하시는 분들의 환불 대응에 대해서는 아티스트 및 아티스트 새 소속사와 협의하여 대응 방법이 결정된 후 내용을 전달하겠습니다. 협의가 끝날 때까지 기다려주시면 감사하겠습니다. 단, 남은 기간이 1개월 미만인 분은 환불이 어렵습니다. 양해를 부탁드립니다。

2. 미배송상품(박유천 SIGNAL 시즌1 DVD) 및 현재 제작중인 2023년 10월 이후 판매예정상품에 대하여 (증거사진포함: 저작권허가 취득 관련사진)

- 현재 SIGNAL 시즌1 DVD 상품의 배송이 지연되고 있으며, SIGNAL 에피소드와 콘서트에 포함된 여러 곡의 해외곡 저작권 사용 허가를 기다리고 있습니다. 대부분의 곡은 허가를 받았습니다. 준비되는 대로 최대한 빨리 배송을 시작하겠습니다. 추가 판매에 대해서는 아티스트 및 아티스트의 새로운 소속사와 합의 후 결정하겠습니다.

3. 팬 여러분께 드리는 부탁

- 무분별한 인신공격이나 허위사실을 유포하여 회사를 비난하는 행위는 아티스트와의 원만한 합의를 방해하므로 부디 아티스트가 과거의 상황을 잘 정리한 후 새로운 소속사에서 이전보다 왕성하고 성공적인 활동을 하기 위해서라도 부적절한 행위를 자중해 주시길 부탁드립니다.

- 또한 2023년 회사가 아티스트의 일본 활동을 위해 준비하고 실행한 일본 입국 비자 업무에 관해 허위 사실이 유포되고 있습니다. 아티스트의 일본 활동을 위한 입국비자(흥행비자) 발급은 일본 현지 내 여러 협력사와 파트너가 매우 엄격한 일본 비자 규정에 따라 절차를 진행한 사안입니다. 일본 입국에 대한 엄격한 규정으로 다소 많은 시간과 노력이 소요된 만큼, 팬 여러분의 허위사실 유포는 향후 아티스트의 일본 활동에 매우 치명적일 수 있습니다. 입국과 관련된 모든 결정은 일본 관할 부서에 있으며, 관할 부서와 회사의 일본 협력사 간에 본 사안이 매우 민감해지고 있으므로 팬 여러분께서는 향후 아티스트의 일본 재입국을 위해서라도 논란이 될 만한 부적절한 행위를 자중하시기 바랍니다. 

4. 2022년 제작 태국앨범(Always Album) 관련 소송에 대하여 (증거사진첨부: 변호사 선임관련 위임장 및 송금사진/위임장 모집서류사진/업무문자캡쳐사진)

- 과거 회사는 본 앨범의 구매 피해자를 위해 아티스트와 피해자를 대리하여 소송을 진행하기 위해 태국 변호사를 선임하고, 수개월에 걸쳐 팬 여러분들로부터 소송 위임장을 모집하였고, 소송 상대였던 당시 계약업체가 약속한 Top Spender용 아티스트 혜택을 당사가 주관했던 2022년 6월 Logbridge fan-con Yu and Your Day 2022에서 대신 진행하였으며, 또한 본 콘서트 입장권 40% 할인 쿠폰을 피해보전의 일환으로 제공하였습니다.

- 2022년 8월 태국 법률회사를 통해 본 건에 대해 아티스트 대리자 자격으로 소송 진행을 의뢰하고 수임료도 지불하였으나 법률회사의 태만으로 오랫동안 절차가 진행되지 않자, 2023년 8월 27일 태국 팬클럽 대표자분들과 직접 만나 함께 대책을 논의하고 새로운 법률회사를 통해 다시 소송을 진행하기로 협의하였습니다.

- 그러나 현재를 기준으로 본 앨범 피해 사건을 처리할 권한이 있는 당사자는 과거 아티스트의 전 소속사인 리씨엘로㈜와 아티스트임을 법률 자문을 통해 확인 하였습니다. 이에 로그북은 본 사건을 대리하여 관리할 권한이 없으며, 이에 따라 다시 본 사건의 원 계약자인 리씨엘로㈜ 및 아티스트의 새로운 소속사 및 아티스트에게 직접 진행 상황을 모두 인계하기로 하였습니다. 기존에 로그북으로 위임장을 보내주신 것은 효력이 없어져 폐기하게 되었습니다. 폐기는 개인정보 보호를 위해 안전하게 처리되었으니 안심하셔도 좋습니다. 불편을 드려 정말 죄송합니다。참고로 2022년 진행한 국내 소송에서 승소해 현재 ㈜리씨엘로 대표자는 기존 대표자에서 회사 대주주인 아티스트의 어머니로 변경된 상태라는 점을 확인드립니다.

- 기존에 준비한 증빙자료와 인계사항은 아티스트의 새 소속사로 인계합니다. 향후 상황에 대해서는 아티스트의 새 소속사로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

5. 한국 내 아티스트의 전 소속사를 상대로 제기한 소송 상황에 대해

- 2022년부터 아티스트가 원고 또는 피고로서 진행해 온 전 소속사들에 대한 민형사상 소송은 대부분 아직 진행 중이며, 소송 중 하나인 전 소속사 대표자에 대한 횡령에 관한 형사고소 사건만큼은 1차 수사와 2차 수사(재수사)에도 피고들에게 혐의가 없는 것으로 종결되었습니다. 남은 소송(사기 및 명예훼손 형사소송, 기타 민사소송)에 대한 사항은 결론이 나는 대로 아티스트 및 아티스트의 새로운 소속사로 내용을 전달 하겠습니다. 소송과 관련된 상황으로 인해 지난번 굿즈 상품의 배송이 1년 이상 지연된 점 다시 한번 사과드립니다.

- 아직 전 소속사 예스페라㈜에 대한 전속계약 관련 민형사상 소송이 진행 중인 상황입니다. 기존 소속사와 아티스트의 계약상 문제로 정싱적인 연예활동은 하지 못하고 최소한의 활동 밖에 할 수 없었지만, 조만간 본 소송이 성공적으로 마무리되면 아티스트는 자유롭게 연예인으로서 가능한 모든 활동을 차질 없이 수행할 수 있게 됩니다. 많은 팬 분들이 기다리고 계신 해당 소송의 결과는 추후 결과가 나오는 대로 아티스트 및 아티스트의 새 소속사로 인계하도록 하겠습니다.

지난 2년간 로그북과 함께해 주셔서 감사합니다.

많은 추억을 뒤로하고 회사는 팬 여러분께 안타까운 이별을 고하게 되었습니다. 

그동안 많은 일이 있었고 법적인 문제로 어려운 환경 속에서도 최선을 다할 수 있었던 것은 아티스트의 노력과 팬 여러분의 응원이 있었기에 가능했습니다. 팬 여러분과 아티스트에게 행복한 미래가 있기를 진심으로 바랍니다.
