안녕하세요, 로그북입니다.
지난번 미배송 상품에 대해 안내 해 드리겠습니다.
미배송 굿즈 상품을 이번 6월 2일과 6월 4일로 예정된 YU AND YOUR DAY CONCERT 현장에서 배송 하려던 계획이 공연 당일 공연장 사정으로 반입할 수 없게 되었습니다.
이에 따라 해외발송을 포함한 모든 미배송 상품은 6월 하순~7월 중순 사이에 택배로 발송됩니다.
* 해당 사정으로 인해 박유천 일러스트 디자인 가방 증정 관련 내용은 취소 됩니다.미리 양해 부탁드립니다.
상품 주문을 받은 지 오랜 시간이 경과하여 상품 발송 전 이메일로 다음과 같은 상품 확인 메일을 보내드릴 예정입니다.
상품확인 메일 발송 예정일 : 5월 24일~5월 31일
내용 : 상품의 종류 및 수량 / 상품을 받으실 분 성함 / 상품을 받으실 주소지와 전화번호
위 내용을 확인하시고 사실과 다르거나 변경을 원하시는 정보가 있으시면 회신 메일로 수정 요청해 주시기 바랍니다.
또 상품을 구입하였지만 확인메일이 발신 기간 내에 도착 하지 않는 경우에는 아래의 메일 주소로 구매이력을 증명하는 메일 등의 스크린샷 등을 첨부해 연락을 부탁드립니다.
모든 배송이 완료된 후 원하시는 경우 해당 상품을 7월에 한정 수량으로 재판매 하겠습니다.

未配送グッズについてご案内いたします。
未配送グッズを、この6月2日と6月4日に予定されているYU ＆YOUR DAY CONCERTの会場でお渡しする予定でしたが、公演当日、会場の都合で搬入できなくなりました。
従いまして、海外への発送も含め全ての未配送グッズは6月下旬〜7月中旬の間に宅配便で発送させていただきます。
* パク·ユチョンイラストデザインバッグ進呈はキャンセルとなります。あらかじめご了承ください。
グッズの注文から長い時間が経過しておりますので、グッズ発送前にEメールで次のような購入グッズ確認メールをお送りする予定です。
購入グッズ確認メール送信予定日:5月24日~5月31日
内容:グッズの種類及び数量 / グッズを受け取る方のお名前 / グッズを受け取るご住所と電話番号
上記の内容をメール内にてご確認の上、事実と異なる場合や変更をご希望の情報がございましたら、返信メールにて修正要請してください。
また、グッズを購入したにもかかわらず、確認メールが送信期間内に届かない場合は、下記メールアドレスに購入履歴を証明するメール等のスクリーンショット等を添付してご連絡をお願いいたします。
全ての配送完了後、当該グッズを7月に限定数量で再販売いたします。

20230522 Logbook Announcement
Hello, this is Logbook.
This is announcement about the last undelivered product.
The plan to deliver the undelivered goods at the YU AND YOUR DAY CONCERT site scheduled for June 2nd and June 4th has become impossible to bring them into the concert hall on the day of the concert.
As a result, all undelivered items will be shipped by courier in between late June to mid July
* Due to the circumstances, the contents related to the gift of Park Yuchun’s illustration design bag will be canceled. Please understand in advance.
It’s been a long time since we received your order, so we’ll send you the following product confirmation email before delivery.
Estimated date of product confirmation email: May 24th to May 31th
Content: Type and quantity of the product / Name of person to receive the product / Address and phone number to receive the product
Please check the information above and if there is any information that is different from the facts or you want to change, please request a correction by return mail.
Also, if you have purchased the product but the confirmation email does not arrive within the sending period, please contact us with a screenshot of the mail proving the purchase history at the email address below.
We will resell the product in a limited quantity in July if you want after all delivery is completed.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will try our best to provide better service.
